Did not receive Apex Predator Badge

i finished in 14908rp and it gave me a master reward instead of giving me predator reward. My gammertag is : r ransomware and im on xbox

@lolataco This happened to me in season 10 and now season 12. 2 predator badges that should be animated but I got the masters bug. They never fixed it. 90 days of dedication and I never got the proper rewards. I have a friend who got pred both splits and he got an animated master badge. Makes me not want to play ranked anymore.

the same error happened to me I was the top 532 with 14832 points and my rewards were from másters

Same for me, was pred the first split and the second split ended 500 above the cap and said I was masters and received an unanimated badge.
