What happens when the bug occurs? Bought some apex coins, purchase went through but apex coins never appeared on my account. Messaged support they resolve every issue to fixed but no solution has been made and its been damn near week and a half to 2 weeks.
What should be happening instead? I should be getting my damn coins
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my account and purchase history.

Tried to buy another set of coins as to now miss out on getting the lifeline mythic, which was the point of me buying the coins in the first place, yet it still did not go through.

Went on the EA app redownloaded and let it try to load in the coins and to no avail still shows my coins have not been added but somehow Electronic Arts was able to steal my money and not cough up my apex coins.

Still no solution has been found and my status got changed from waiting to ''fixed'' with no explanation as to what has been done.
