Code: TAP and Abandon Penalty

I was loading into a ranked game, and in the character select screen I got code:tap which disconnected me from the match. I tried to reconnect to the match and I couldn’t. So then I went into a trios match solo queue with no fill and I got an abandon penalty. Is there a way I can get this ban lifted off my account and get the 100 ranked points back I lost for no reason? My teammates also lost points which isn’t fair since they were down one.
