Always launch kick off tutor when open Ea FC

What happens when the bug occurs? When i open my EA fc mobile.. always launch tutorial kick off.. i finish my tutorial long time ago.. But it still launch when i open the game
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Every time i open EA FC mobile

Hello! I have a problem that I have played the kick off tutorial for a long time and every time I enter the game it feels like I haven't played the tutorial yet, I would like this error to disappear

@Accamatate There must be something associated with kick-off that you have not completed … be it in the event or the quests associated with it.

@64728363728492s Go to play now in the bottom right hand of the screen (bronze box) and then click on kick off from within that screen to see if there are any kick off items that you have yet to complete.

Also check your quests screen to see if you have any kick off items left

I have done everthing all quest complete and everyting else and it still dont work

@64728363728492s Hmm - sounds like something funky going on with your account … do me a favour, go through the troubleshooting steps (it probably won’t make any difference, but you can at least then tell support you have done them), and then contact support and tell them you have an account issue and that AHQ sent you to them … don’t mention bug, or they will send you back here … it’s not a bug that is prevalent as far as I know, sounds more like you have something account specific that is not triggering that everything is completed.

Hi hero umm i have contact them and they did nothing absolute nothing all they did was update the game to have the TOTS event and they did nothing they say they will look in to my account but they did nothing it is still triggering. I tell them that it is an account problem but they told me that it was a bug and they will do something about it but they didnt do anything no diffrence

@64728363728492s Everyone’s game got updated today - if they are looking into it then chances are something might happen in the next couple of days.
