have dlcs but cant join servers

I have all the dlcs and i have verified all the game files and it confirmed that I own them. However when I attempt to join a server on dlc maps like final stand or china rising it doesnt let me join and tells me to get the dlcs that I already own

I looked in my battlelog profile and it showed that I only own naval strike and second assault.
is there a fix for this bug?

yes all the files are in my game folder

idk why this'd happen it wasn't an issue in 2021-2022

@armin471 It is a strange one if everything is installed. I also had a look on Battlelog and see the same things on your profile that you do.

The only other thing I can think is whether you maybe have two accounts and the DLC is split between them. That's unlikely though, I think, as you'd know if you had two accounts.

It might be worth opening a ticket with EA Help to ask if they can take a look. They can check account details so they might be able to spot what's happening.
