Store and battlepack error? [ Edited ]

Hi 

I'm bought online last month the Battlefield 4™ Soldier Shortcut Bundle PC Download Great Game Guarantee: Not Eligible for €12.49

The purchse is done but the in the description it was promised that I would get all the accessories for the infantry weapons not 
I received accessories for weapons and sights, which did not happen, only to a very small extent (for example, it didn't open all guns and all sights)
Battlepack and XP based rewards still work as before, so it was a complete waste of money
Something went wrong here, can you tell me something about it?

Hi @im19825 Can you give an example of what's missing? It could be that they're DLC items which the shortcuts don't unlock, but an example or two might help narrow down the issue.
