Good Day,
I have purchased Battlefield 4 Premium in 2013 Order #16568611245. Upon logging into EA's Origin client I cannot see the game in my Library. When trying to redeem my digital license, it is accepted but i get an error "Already Redeemed". I am able to login to BF4's Battle log as I have 300+ hours logged in game.
Q: What steps can I take to play the game I purchased, when EA's Origin Client wants me to purchase again?
Any assistance in gaining access to my product again would be greatly appreciated.

You should contact EA support, they are the only ones that are able to help you out with an issue like this. You should provide them with all of the necessary information.
