Players needed for the Phantom assignment - Phantom room/elevator [PC]

I'm looking for 3 players that have all of the necessary requirements fulfilled to enter the Phantom Room. I have all of the 4 dog tags and all of the other required assignments. If you are interested, please write a reply to this post and write your in-game username.
