EQT AB has announced its intention to strengthen its balance sheet by listing
EQT AB on Nasdaq Stockholm and that Investor supports this decision of
EQT.

Thomas von Koch has, after five successful years as Managing Partner and CEO, decided to step down and assume a new role within
EQT. These changes are effective as of January 1, 2019.

EQT's ratings are supported by the company's large low-cost position in the Marcellus shale, expectations of positive FCF starting in 2019 as production growth rate moderates, relatively low financial leverage at 1.5x-2.0x through the rating horizon, and ample liquidity position.
McNally, currently
EQT's chief financial officer, will become president and chief executive officer of
EQT and will join the board of directors.
