The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.
Add a fictional revolver inspired by the Stallion from the game Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare, with animations based on those of Teivaz's Colt 357. V1.02: Fixed a minor issue that prevented the weapon icon from appearing in the upgrade tree.
After arriving in The Zone for the first time, the mercenaries soon discovered the hard way that their previsions of tactics and material were totally unsuitable for the realities they faced. The mutants in particular were a particularly unpleasant surprise for forces accustomed to dealing only with human adversaries, and a crash program was launched to find a solution to the situation. Shotguns and hunting handguns of large caliber soon became part of the basic equipment for the operations in The Zone. However, in the latter the mercenary teams encountered unacceptable disadvantages, the greatest of all the limited ammunition capacity that forced them to constantly reload their guns in dangerous situations. The mercenary commanders decided that, for such a particular problem, an equally particular solution was necessary and asked their powerful patrons to finance the development of a specific weapon for their needs. It was decided that the ammunition to be used would be the .44 caliber, which had the right balance of power, manageability and availability; that it has to be a revolver, so that it would be robust and reliable and that it would have to offer a capacity of at least 8 rounds. The design of such a weapon was entrusted to Glastinghouse Inc., an obscure firearms company but with some recognition for its advanced innovations for handguns. Small trivialities like costs are irrelevant to those who back the mercenaries and, after an intensive development program, the result was the Pegasus.
Although the details of its design are still classified, it is known that it is based in a large frame and, although it is not as heavy as its size seems to suggest, it cannot be said to be a light weapon. However, that weight and its excellent ergonomics help absorb a good part of the recoil of its powerful .44 cartridge. It is also very accurate compared to other revolvers in its category, although somewhat difficult to aim due to its size. However, where it especially stands out is in its firepower: with a capacity for 8 .44 rounds, it can finish off any known threat in The Zone without having to reload a single time. The biggest drawbacks are its exorbitant costs of acquisition and maintenance as it is such an exclusive ordnance. Although considering that money has never been more than a secondary problem for the mercenaries, it is likely that more and more of these handguns will be seen soon in The Zone.

Great!
Thank you, friend. Have a good hunting in The Zone!
It's the gun they used to kill Ghost. :'(
When you shot Rorke in the stomach (or chest?) and swimmed somehow, I shocked how he survived everything! ****, logic went out
Thanks :-) so cool i like all of your revolvers :-)
Thank you, SWITZERLAND!. Good luck in The Zone!

Hi danutzfreeman!
You haven't made any mistakes. I didn´t realize an unintended file dependency with my Taurus Raging Hunter addon. I fixed it but now I'm having problems uploading the update to moddb (I keep getting the message "Error Uploading Try Again. error: undefined"). As soon as this is solved, it will be available.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice day.
Got it, thanks for being so quick.
Hi danutzfreeman!
Update is now available for the Stallion/Pegasus, where the file dependency with my Taurus Raging Hunter addon is corrected. Thank you again for reporting and let me know if everything works now without problems.
Have a nice day.
Yep, works like a charm. Thank you again.
is it just me or does it look comically large like a .50 cal or something?
Hi, Lucifer~!
Well, it's as big as the Taurus Raging Hunter, which is a real-life weapon. Large caliber revolvers are not small arms, even though they are classified as "handguns".
That being said, it is true that a weapon this large should not fit in the same holster as a 9mm pistol. I'm experimenting with ideas that limit the slots where these weapons can be placed, to make it more realistic.
Have a nice day.
Honestly, it looks bigger than that of Taurus Raging Hunter, it's like if I'm seeing a child holding a "revolver" (the one with the screenshot you provided)
As for infinite warfare, it looks fine somehow, the trigger guard are smaller unlike the mod you created, so I guess, hopefully, not to mention about "realistic" part tho, you could try to adjust that size a bit

huhh im not really sure what to do right now,it happens everytime i try to pick it up, or spawn via debug menu
Hi, Thunderwolf25!
Seeing your error report, I think the origin of the problem is not having my "Speedloaders and ammo for revolvers" (https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/speedloaders-for-revolvers) addon installed, with the new ammunition option installed. The Stallion/Pegasus uses .44 ammunition that comes with that addon. It is necessary to have it installed (see Requirements section).
If you already have it installed or even after installing it you still have problems, do not hesitate to write and I will help you in any way I can.
I await your reply. Have a nice day.
well, i didnt paid attention to the speed loader mod, this time i could pick and spawn the weapon, but when i try to take the gun in my hand this happen :c

idk if i missed another thing but things got better at least x)
Hi, Thunderwolf25!
I think the problem here is the version you are using. A few days after publishing the addon, another user notified me of the same bug (you can see it in the previous comments). In this case, it was due to my carelessness when leaving a file dependency with another of my addons (the Taurus Raging Hunter). Shortly after I published an update to remedy it. If you download and install the currently available version (1.02) it should work without any bug (as far as I know).
If you need more help, don't hesitate to write. Have a good day.
hi, well i installed taurus raging hunter, and it fixed everything, thanks for your help ^^, i can't wait to see more arsenals :3
Tks for this addon!! 10/10! Let me ask, do you got any plans in doing a snubnose revolver? Something more 80's
Hi, YuriVernadsky!
First of all, thanks for the compliment. Recognition of my work is always appreciated. :)
Answering your question, I do not have specific subnose models in my plans. In any case, if there is a variant of that type of any of the models that I plan to publish, I do not rule out including it (as long as I can obtain the 3D mesh).
Have a nice day.
