which parts do I need?
All!
All timer mod right here. Every single one of my load orders includes this.
What are the permissions for uploading modifications of this? If I upscaled a subset of the textures with ESRGAN, am I allowed to upload them?
Keep modifications to yourself.

Really love this mod and been using it since its early days.
I know you stated earlier that it's not affordable anymore to work on this, but maybe you can consider a patreon or something - it's much more accepted now than early modding days.
Would love to see things like parallax with this.
Either way, wonderful work!
Hey, thanks much for this mod! It's exactly what I was looking for, a re-texture that preserves the original game's look and feel while making the game look much better. If that was your goal you've done a tremendous job of it! I think it's great that you didn't just upscale but instead gave it your own interpretation.
Also appreciate the thoroughness of your work and how much is covered by the mod.
Cheers.
That was my goal, to preserve the original look. Actually, this is the only mod which does that.
There wouldn't happen to be a smim patch for this would there please? Amazing texture work, but a few things like bridges are getting spoiled a bit by smim overwrites.
Thx.
There was a smim patch long time ago, but for older version.
How did you install my mod, through some organizer or by pasting it into Data folder?
If i remember you have an option not to install smim bridges through installation menu.
i cannot understand how to download it, im using vortex but its too complicated. can someone link a guide or a video for me?
You don't use Vortex to download this mod. This is not Nexus.
And if you need an explanation how to download it, then i don't know what to say to you!
