firewall ability (works like the Dragon Tank although not nearly as powerful)-Internet Center can now hold 10 Hackers instead of 8-Internet Center cost decreased from 2000 to 1500-Satellite Hack upgrade cost increased from 1000 to 1500 -Hacker cash amount per rank changed from 5, 6, 8, 10 to 5, 6, 7, 8-Inferno Cannons required to make firestorms reduced to 4 (was 3)-------Russian Faction Additions, Tweaks, Adjustments and Bug Fixes--------BMD can now upgrade to Sprut-SD tank destroyer as alternative to the Mortar Gun-BMD Mortar effectiveness against vehicles drastically reduced (remains roughly the same against structures and infantry)-BMD Mortar Gun is now purchased instantly and free of charge-BMD no longer loses smoke grenades with the Mortar Gun-Shmel Rocket upgrade removed (ability remains but it requires the generic Anti Garrison Weapon upgrade instead)-Igla Pods upgrade removed (Hinds now get these missiles by default)-Frogfoot rocket secondary damage reduced
