A xp/rank/reward/mobility modification with visual/sound/text notifications. Custom "Doom Exp Settings" menu, Improved Sounds & effects and More Gore!
Changelog of the most notable changes since 2.0a :
- Entire weapon upgrading script was rewritten (no more forced weapon switches)
- Power up's are now temporary buyable upgrades.
- Monsters drop additional Xp for special kills.
- Added XP drops for breaking props.
- Added XP drop for flipping off monsters.
- Icon indicators rearranged / redone. Press F1 in-game to see what they mean.
- Grapple hook grabs onto walls on/off switch added.
- New Monster added (Enhanced Cacodemon).
- Script clean up for better performace.
- Fixed weapons taking ammo on infinite ammo power up.
- Pay 2 Win mode added. Weapons can only be bought in buy menu. Ammo/Health/Armor pickups are more scarce but can also be bought.
- Power nodes added as weapon upgrade requirements in buy menu.
- Power nodes are given via random drops, rank ups or can be bought.
- All upgrades removed from rank system. XP or Power Nodes are now needed.
- Higher ranks or completionist Tiers reward more power nodes.
- Wraith health lowered.
- Monsters now can get shock gibbed with the plasmarifle.
- Added Doom Eternal like Hud power up overlay. Only works when HUD overlays are enabled.
- Shotgun grapple hook detaches when fired.
- Chaingun Fast fire rate power-up camera zoom effect added + smoke added.

Amazing mod man. I feel like play doom eternal before march. Do you think you could like doom eternal. Include a assault rifle ? With micro missiles or the scope. Keep up the good work.
Hi, ive just downloaded the mod but whenever i tru to load it, it shows me this error "Script error, "Offi_xp_v2.1.pk3:zscript.txt" line 2:
Version mismatch. 3.7.0 expected but only 3.2.5 supported" so i have both 3.5.0 and 3.2.5 and both show the same error, so i tried zandronum and zdoom both failed as well, so do i need something to run the file or what? am looking forward to play this mod for a long time...
This mod is GZDoom exclusive. Try running it on the latest version of GZDoom.
Just a question: none of the monsters are moving after loading the mod. Did I load it wrong somehow?
You might be getting a weird bug that I never was able to recreate. But I did write an article on how to fix it based on what other people did. Moddb.com

I really love the buy menu. Is there a possibility to get the bought items (the permanent ones that you cannot buy more of) to be marked in another colour to quickly separate those from the player?

Does this work with beautiful/smooth doom if i didnt turn on enhanced weapons and enhanced monsters?
I don't design my mod to be compatible with every other Doom mod. So depending on the coding of both mods you try to mash up, there is a good possibility they will conflict with each other. However plenty of mini mods work just fine with it.
