Hey man, it's Anterly. Found my old account. B)
I am doing well in fact and still keepin' up to the World events with the focus on Asia. I am also trying to keep my screenshot storytelling blog alive and worthy to take a look at.
I don't have any spicy or obscure information to share with you but, have you heard about the differences in Africa? The Chinese government is full speed ahead on the support of the reconstruction & advancement efforts in some of the noteworthy African countries. Chinese known public channels like the CCTV constantly keep informing about it, the Chinese are becoming increasingly pivoted towards Africa while the Western powerhouses are IMHO once again struggling to control what is already under control. Maybe someday in the future we will see a rise of an new alliance.
Also, the Japanese are developing Modular Combat Vehicles as a direct duty successor of the Main Battle Tank because they are becoming increasingly redundant to the new military doctrines in that part of the World. The Strykers did not got that far as promised, the OICW programme failed in the US but the ROK succeeded in improving and fielding the weapon. I'm just a little worried on how safe the MCV's will be in air drop deployments unless they are planned to be carried to the AO via heavy-lift helicopters like the Japanese variant of the CH-47. I like how the JSDF is evolving or "improving", most of the top political and military heads in America also do like that. The media is kind of silent on that matter expect for posting in official polls results. Do you think the Japanese society is ready for the creation of an real deal Armed Forces?
