As the Technical Co-Founder at Pluxr. Studios you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision and development of our games. This role requires an understanding of game development and the ambition to grow a studio from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Define and drive the technical roadmap for game development projects from concept to release.
  • Brainstorm ideas for games

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in game development, with at least 1 shipped game.
  • A passion for gaming and a strong desire to create exceptional player experiences.
  • Experience in managing teams

Initially we would be looking at an equity split as we're a brand new start up but I am open to discussions about a salary when we start to generate revenue. My background is in marketing, specifically for indie games. I'm looking to use this knowledge to make Pluxr. a success. I studied games development in college so do have a basic understanding but I'm looking for someone to come in and make their ideas come to life.
