Dungeon Keeper 2 was the sequel to Peter Molyneux's Dungeon Keeper and prequel to the cancelled Dungeon Keeper 3.
Like its predecessor, players take the role of a dungeon keeper, building and defending an underground dungeon from the would-be heroes that invade it, as well as from other keepers.

In the game's campaign mode, the player is charged with recovering the portal gems from each area in order to open a portal to the surface.
This was charged as a setup for the sequel, where the gems would be used to invade the surface world and defeat the faction of goodly heroes.

The most immediate change from Dungeon Keeper is in its graphics; the world is now fully 3D. Where monsters were previously sprites, they are now 3D models.

ESRB Rating: M
Additional Game Types: God-game, 1st Person.
System Requirements: Pentium 2 Processor @ 166mhrz, 32MB of RAM, 2MB of VRAM, 300MB hard drive space, and DirectX 8.1 (According to Silver Edition Installer)

If any, the Homepage should be LionHead since the people from Bullfrog are that now.
But I don't think we can do that, we already did this. xD

Dungeon Keeper was made by Bullfrog.

Not Westwood Studios.

The first few Command & Conquer games were made by Westwood, then it was taken by EA.

Just like Bullfrog made the first few Dungeon Keeper games, and it was taken by EA

Don't be so sure. Peter Molyneux is actually considering reviving some of his older games such as the DK series. And if EA sells the rights to it then the DK3 project will most likely be able to get continued.

Yes but would it be ANYTHING like the classics? I could still play DK1 today and enjoy it more than almost any other game out there, DK3 would probably play something like a pretty and polished version of black and white 2 but under ground..I think, much like van buren (FO3 as it should of been), just lay the DK series to rest rather than try and revive it as it will most likely destroy the games reputation (read - XCOM)

chances of that are slim.
Unless EA somehow get a HUGE sales drop...which is also very unlikely.
Still there is hope I guess. :D

Keepersofthedungeon.net <-- a still active Dungeon Keeper Community. there is KeeperKlan.tk as well though. :P

Great game.. sucks that we wil never see DK3 unless someone buys the rights to it ( fat chance of that EVER happening )

It would be a good idea to join www.keeperklan.tk - it is an active Dungeon Keeper community! We are hosting tournaments and producing new maps by the minute. If you are a fan of the DK series please register by clicking on the forums and making a user name.

There are tutorials and the lastest tournament "War for the Overworld", named after DK3.

And if EA are reading this --> PLEASE MAKE DK3!

DK3 was a game thought to ahead of its time.
DK I say was ahead of it's time, EA did the right thing.

THINK ABOUT IT!
would you REALLY want EA to of given us a Dungeon Keeper III that would most likely be complete ****?
