  • Made to Order Items are final sale and are not open to return or exchange.
  • Any returns or exchanges must be approved by IndieBox support on a case-by-case basis. Delivered merchandise that is returned without approval will be abandoned and not supported.
  • Any orders shipped back as a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid labels for returns. You may ship a return/exchange through the carrier of your choice, though we suggest utilizing one with tracking. IndieBox is not responsible for any orders lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Once tracking is assigned for an order, the parcel has been packed. Order adjustment is no longer available. Shipping and taxes can no longer be refunded.
  • We can only provide refunds on the cost of items returned. No refund on shipping, return shipping, or taxes.
