The Kelp Bumper Kit is a craftable Item in the Seafaring filter, exclusive to Don't Starve Together introduced in The Curse of Moon Quay update. It requires 3 Kelp Fronds and 3 Cut Grass to craft. It is used to strengthen a Boat by installing a bumper on the edge of the vessel. It has 20 durability, which provides a small protection for the raft from collision damage. If it is damaged and not destroyed, the player can use Kelp Fronds to repair it.

The Shell Bumper is a hardened version of the bumper. The kit requires 3 Broken Shells and a Rope to craft. It has 40 durability. If it is damaged and not destroyed, the player can use a Broken Shells to repair it.

The Crab King Bumper Kit is a craftable Item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in From Beyond updates. It cannot be crafted. The Crab King drops 8 Bumper Kits upon defeat.

The Crab King Bumper is used to strengthen a Boat by installing a bumper on the edge of the vessel. It has 150 durability, which provides a huge protection for the raft from collision damage and is immune to damage from bumping into land. If it is damaged and not destroyed, the player can use Rocks, Cut Stone, or Stone Walls to repair it.
