BF1 Missing Incarcerator Skin

I have gone into Battlefield 4 and got the 25 kills with the M1911 needed to unlock the Incarcerator skin in Battlefield 1. I then tried to go on the the community missions page for Battlefield 4 and it tells me there are no active Community Missions. Is there somewhere else I need to go to claim this or did I miss the event? I thought it was active all through Battlefest. Any help is appreciated.
