  • Stay on top of the latest developments in the live game and general player sentiment, and when needed, weigh in on internal discussions from a player-first perspective
  • Take ownership of and act as a project manager for Player Ops tasks — proactively arrange discussions, keep track of deadlines, prepare for contingencies, etc.
  • Handle communications with external partners and community ambassadors as needed
  • Continuously prioritize Player Ops tasks in a dynamic live environment according to company targets
  • Complement and support our marketing campaigns with tailored community content

  • The ability to maintain and develop a vision for running a community in all stages of a game’s life-cycle, including launch, rebranding, new features etc.
  • Ability to independently work on and prioritize between multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Familiarity with free-to-play (mobile) games featuring microtransactions

Great to have:

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to ask ‘silly’ or ‘stupid’ questions when something is not 100% clear

  • Data visualization skills

We want you to…

  • Actively ‘stay ahead of the game’ in terms of the industry as a whole
  • Be willing to innovate & experiment with new things but not stop at failures
