What Are the System Requirements?
Installing and running our software requires a server or webspace with these capabilities:

PHP 8.1.2+, PHP 8.2.x or PHP 8.3.x
- PHP extensions: ctype, dom, exif, intl, libxml, mbstring, pdo, pdo_mysql, zlib
- PHP extension for image processing: Either GD or Imagick (each with WebP support)
- PHP memory limit: 128 MiB or higher
- Support for 64-bit values in PHP
- MySQL 8.0.30+ or MariaDB 10.5.15+ (each with InnoDB-Support)
- PHP-capable web server (Apache, nginx, lighttpd, Microsoft IIS, etc.)
- About 150 MB disk space once installed
- Outgoing HTTPS connections must be possible, proxy servers are supported
Additional requirements for the extension "elasticsearch integration":
- PHP extension: php_curl
- elasticsearch 7+
Additional requirements for the extension "WebAuthn":
- PHP extension: php_gmp
- Domain with a valid TLS certificate
How Can I Check the System Requirements?
We recommend to check the webspace or server intended for the installation in advance for compliance with the necessary system requirements. For this purpose, we provide a script that you can upload and open with your browser to see the results.
How Long Is the License Valid?
A license grants lifetime use and access to support and software updates for one year.
At the end of the first year, a 12-month extension can be purchased to gain access to ongoing support and updates.
How Often Can I Install the Software?
One public installation is permitted per purchased license of our products. As a license holder, you may also run a test installation to which only you have access.
How Long Is the Branding Free Extension Valid?
Branding Free entitles you to remove the visible copyright notices for one year. At the end of the first year, a 12-month extension must be purchased to continue hiding the copyright notices.
