THERE'S suddenly something dead Posh about Cameron Diaz.The blonde star of There's Something About Mary donned black wig and Gucci leather dress to take off Posh Spice Victoria Adams on an American TV comedy show.
A funnygirl and two comedians dressed as Baby, Scary and Sporty joined her to poke fun at the Fab Four - especially mum-to-be Mel B.
"Don't forget, if you have twins you need to think up two names," teased the Baby lookalike. "And don't call either Ginger," warned Cameron.
