Three men arrest for hunting without a permit at farm Nooitgedacht.

Three men aged between 50 and 70 were on Friday arrested for hunting without a permit at farm Nooitgedacht near Kriess in the Gibeon Constituency on Thursday.

Namibian Police Force crime investigations coordinator for the Hardap Region, Deputy Commissioner Eric Clay told Nampa yesterday the incident happened around 21h00 on Thursday.

It is alleged that the three suspects pursued huntable game and killed three springboks valued at N.dollars 10 500 with a rifle, Clay said.

The suspects are due in court today.

Police have opened a case of illegal hunting and investigations into the matter continue.
