The new team at Newcastle Falcons.

Newcastle Falcons are about more than just rugby, having unveiled their new experienced conference and banqueting team at the state-of-the-art Kingston Park Stadium.

Conference and banqueting director Paul Turner has joined the club to deliver a new and improved all-round service for those making use of their extensive facilities, be it for meetings, parties or even weddings.

Experienced sales manager Lesley Taylor has also joined the club, while bar manager David Taylor, head chef Gary Stidolph, business centre co-ordinator Laura Harrison and conference and banqueting co-ordinator Jane Drape also form an integral part of the new set-up.

Paul Turner said of the fresh team behind the scenes at the Falcons: "We are working in a magnificent venue in Kingston Park Stadium, and are now starting to realise its enormous potential as a top class conference and banqueting venue.

"We have everything we could want here, fantastic location, easy access, great facilities and superb food, so we're really taking it up a level and delivering better service to those who come and see for themselves what we have to offer."

2005 looks to be an even busier year at Kingston Park, with some of the events to look forward to including Burns Night, Valentine's Evening, St Patrick's Day, a sportsmen's dinner, the end-of-season awards night and much, much more.
