Proms star Jess to play.

Rising saxophone star Jess Gillam is playing in FalkirkTown Hall tonight (Friday) with piano accompanist Zeynep Ozsuca.

Jess, from Ulverston in Cumbria, was runner-up in the BBCYoung Musician of theYear 2016 and starred in the last night of the Proms in London's Albert Hall last year.

Zeynep, originally fromTurkey, is a concert pianist and accompanist who studied in the USA and Berlin, and now lives in London.

Jess and Zeynep present the BBCYoung Musician podcasts.

Their programme includes works by Benjamin Britten, Ravel, Michael Nyman and John Williams.
