Pharoun at Grand Serail announces Jbeil Arab tourism capital.

NNA - Tourism Minister Michel Pharoun announced on Wednesday selecting the city of Jbeil as the Arab tourism capital for the year 2016, congratulating Lebanon and Jbeil on this declaration as a "great opportunity to Lebanon." Minister Pharoun's announcement came from the Grand Serail, whereby he informed the Council of ministers on the climate of such a declaration, hoping that political stability and entente in the country would be maintained for the benefit of Jbeil and Tourism in Lebanon and in the interest of the Lebanese who are aspiring for a promising season. Pharoun said that the declaration shall be officially announced in a ceremony upcoming June 10, 2015. ===================== L.Y
