THE ESTEE LAUDER COMPANIES INC.

April K. Anslinger has joined The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. (ELC) as senior vice president/general manager, Aveda--North America, reporting directly to Chris Good, president, North America, with a matrix reporting line to Barbara De Laere, senior vice president, global general manager, Aveda. She will be responsible for optimizing Aveda's growth potential in North America, including driving strategy for Aveda's retail channels. She will also lead the brand's digital marketing and social media strategies in North America.

Anslinger joins ELC from Schwan Food Company, where since 2016, she served as chief growth officer. Prior to this role, she served as global brand leader, Herbal Essences at P&G.

Andrea Dorigo has joined ELC as senior vice president, general manager, Global Retail, reporting to Olivier Bottrie, global president, travel retail and retail development.

Dorigo will be responsible for leading strategies to drive profitable growth, including increasing opportunities to strengthen consumer coverage and ensure retail operational efficiency.

Most recently, Dorigo served as CEO of Pirch, Inc., a retail disruptor in the home appliance category. Previously, he was president of Oakley, Inc., a division of Luxottica Group S.p.A. Prior to that, he held the role of president, North America of Brooks Brothers Group.

WORLD WIDE PACKAGING

Gary Myer has been named assistant vice president, global packaging engineer, at World Wide Packaging LLC. (WWP). In this capacity, he will provide technical support and guidance regarding all package and quality related activities, manage engineering and quality staff members, interact with customers and factories, and assist in the technical aspects of developing packages including 3D design, engineering, and modeling.

Myer joins WWP with more than 30 years of experience in the packaging field within the pharmaceutical, personal care and cosmetics industries. He worked at L'Oreal Americas for more than 20 years, most recently as assistant vice president, Acquisition Integration for Packaging, and prior to that as assistant vice president of the Packaging Consumer Products Division in the hair care category. Before joining L'Oreal, Myer rose through the ranks at Hoechst-Roussel Pharmaceuticals.

JOHNSBYRNE COMPANY

Paul Morris has joined custom packaging and print solutions provider Johns-Byrne as vice president business development. Morris will be leading the development of the East Coast commercial team, as well as developing new opportunities in multiple end-use markets. He has held senior sales, marketing and global business development roles for leading industry suppliers including Berry Global, Cosmetic Essence, West Rock and others. His broad background includes primary and secondary packaging, sampling and contract manufacturing.

ASQUAN GROUP

Jonathan Chung has joined Asquan Group as vice president of sales, North America. He will focus on managing and developing the North America client portfolio by providing brands with package innovation, personalized turnkey solutions, brushes and soft goods. He brings 12 years of industry experience, including key roles at HCT Packaging in turnkey sales, brand management and product development. Most recently, he focused on skincare, color cosmetics and pencil formulation, and turnkey sales at Alkos Group as director of sales, North America.

CADENCE PACKAGING

Carli Windsor has been appointed director of business development at Cadence Packaging Group. She will spearhead the East Coast sales initiative and will focus on introducing Cadence as "the leading custom promotional packaging manufacturer" to the Beauty, Skincare and Retail Industries. Windsor joins the company with nearly 13 years cosmetic and skin care industry experience, and has previously served as VP of sales & marketing at Presto Packaging Solutions and director of sales at Geka Manufacturing.

PREMI USA

Cyndi Pereira, VP of business development for North America, is now leading the Premi team in the U.S. She holds more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry. Pereira began her professional career in the packaging sector as a beauty sales director dealing with marketing activities for all product lines, including personal care and skin care. She continued her career working at various companies, covering managerial and strategic roles, and taking care of all the development processes of a cosmetic product, from design to formulation.

SGB PACKAGING GROUP

Julie Gibli has joined SGB Packaging Group, Inc. as account manager. She will manage package development for new and existing clients in the U.S. and Canada markets.

After graduating with honors from Syracuse University, Gibli completed the Executive Development Program at Macy's. Most recently she served at Macy's in the buying department for Prestige Fragrances where she developed expertise at a large-scale retailer. She has held positions at companies within the industry, including Interparfums and Chanel. Gibli says her specialty is working methodically to move an idea from concept to functional product.

HOFFMANN NEOPAC AG

Switzerland-based tube manufacturer Hoffmann Neopac AG, has named Keisha Broadway as sales manager for Cosmetics in the U.S. and Canada. She will manage, implement and develop successful business plans while increasing the company's footprint in the North American market. Prior to this new role, Broadway held sales and development positions with L'Oreal USA and Procter & Gamble.

SUSSEX IM

Kyle Kopp has been named vice president of manufacturing at Sussex IM, a full-service, fully-automated plastic packaging solutions provider. In this role, Kopp heads all strategic planning for manufacturing. In addition, his charter is to continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance productivity and communication, and provide manufacturing advice, assistance and counsel.

Kopp's professional focus has always been plastics. He was most recently engineering manager for Gateway Plastics. Previously, he was project engineer-Trade Sales and, later, program manager, for Rexam-Sussex, where he specialized in personal care packaging and directly managed manufacturing for key suppliers.

Sussex IM has promoted Megan Tzanoukakis to the position of vice president of supply chain.

In this role, Tzanoukakis will lead day-to-day integration of multiple functions, including customer service, purchasing, demand scheduling, inventory, and warehousing, in order to enhance on-time delivery and ROI for customers. She will report to Keith Everson, Sussex IM CEO.

Most recently, Tzanoukakis was fulfillment and systems manager for Sussex IM. Previously, as manufacturing scheduler, she worked directly with engineering, purchasing, customer service, warehousing and sales. Tzanoukakis' experience also includes four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in that firm's assurance practice, specializing in financial statement audits of both public and private manufacturing companies.

APC PACKAGING

Bryce Peacher has joined APC Packaging as marketing manager, where he will be responsible for driving increased sales to both the stock and custom packaging segments of the business, as well as overseeing the development and growth of the APC Packaging brand. Peacher is new to the beauty packaging business, having joined from an unrelated industry where he developed his skills in corporate communications, marketing and branding.

PANTONE AND X-RITE

X-Rite Incorporated, a global leader in color science and technology, and Pantone LLC, have announced that Ondrej Kruk has been appointed president. A proven Danaher executive, Kruk brings a combination of commercial and operational experience to Pantone and X-Rite. He will lead the continued expansion of Pantone and X-Rite's product and solution portfolio beyond color to material appearance. Danaher is the parent company, which acquired X-Rite in 2012.

For the last three years, Kruk has been the general manager of Alltec, a Danaher business offering laser marking and engraving technology under the Alltec and FOBA brands. At Alltec, Kruk defined and executed on a multi-industry growth strategy. He has also held numerous management roles at Videojet, a global leader in coding, marking and variable data printing solutions. He was instrumental in growing Videojet's secondary packaging and product decoration businesses into mature global ventures.

THE BODY SHOP

Andrea Blieden has been named U.S. general manager for The Body Shop, now owned by Natura & Co. Blieden joined The Body Shop in 2016 as VP, marketing, and has since played a critical role in the success of the business. In her new role, she will oversee the strategy and performance of The Body Shop's U.S. market business across retail, wholesale, commercial, marketing and e-commerce. Blieden is also charged with re-establishing The Body Shop as a prominent retailer in the U.S. market and acquiring new millennial customers and loyal activists to the brand. She oversaw double-digit growth for the brand within the skincare category in 2017.

Prior to joining The Body Shop, Blieden began her career in the fashion industry. A graduate from UC Berkeley and the Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising, Blieden worked for e-commerce startups before joining L'Oreal in 2010. At L'Oreal, Blieden worked at Kiehl's, where she operated across several roles, including as the lead of e-commerce.

L'OREAL

L'Oreal has announced that Gretchen Saegh-Fleming has been appointed as the company's new chief marketing officer. She replaces Marie Gulin-Merle who left to join Calvin Klein.

Saegh-Fleming formerly served as a senior vice president within L'Oreal's Luxe division in the U.S., where she handled luxury brands including Kiehl's, Giorgio Armani and Yves Saint Laurent. She joined L'Oreal in 2012 as a vice president in charge of e-commerce and digital innovation for the brand's international designer collection.

DAPY AMERICA

Alexis Richardson has joined Dapy America as assistant project manager. Coming from a background in interior design, she is excited about her new opportunity in the luxury packaging industry. Richardson's previous experience in supporting sales and a strong marketing background will help her succeed in this new role.

TRICORBRAUN

Becky Giessel has joined TricorBraun as senior vice president, HR and chief people officer. She brings more than 20 years of experience, and will be focused on continuing "to build the best place for the best people in packaging," while also deploying best practices in recruitment, retention and talent development for company team members. Most recently, Giessel was responsible for more than 3,000 team members across several divisions of Medline Industries, a $10 billion manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies. Prior to Medline, she held a number of senior HR leadership roles with Grainger.

Amy Bonder will serve as executive vice president, strategic markets, and will lead a number of high growth opportunities within Tricor-Braun, including multinational accounts, international, flexibles, WinePak and ecommerce. Most recently she led the strategic development of a $4 billion business unit, as vice president of strategy and sales at Bridgestone. Bonder brings a proven track record of driving growth and building industry-best teams in commercial distribution environments, including Advance Auto, Stanley Black & Decker and Grainger.
