BCF's Head of Marketing Wins 2019 Trade Association Forum Award.

British Coatings Federation picked up two wins at the 2019 Trade Association Forum Best Practice Awards. The first for "Membership Engagement," reflecting the Association's achievements in member retention and satisfaction; the second went to BCF's Head of Marketing Tania Morrill, who was crowned "Young Achiever of the Year."

Having moved to the UK from Vancouver, Canada in January 2015, Morrill has worked at BCF since her arrival in the country. Originally project managing PaintCare, BCF's circular economy initiative for leftover paint, she quickly progressed and is currently the association's head of marketing. In the role, she has transformed BCF's marketing, building an in-house team responsible for launching innovative and award-winning member campaigns, and delivering best in class events. Morrill is the strategist behind many of BCF's commercial activities, in addition to leading BCF's careers efforts and promotion of the industry to the next generation of talent.

"Tania is a very driven and highly motivated individual who made an immediate impact upon BCF organization by immersing herself in several projects," said Linda Cavender, chief executive of the Trade Association Forum. "She has been very influential in changing and improving the way in which their organization works with the introduction of software and other tools which have been implemented as part of their responsibilities. She richly deserves this recognition of her determination to succeed."
