Antiqua Baroque Consort to perform in Arlington Heights

The Antiqua Baroque Consort, founded in 2010, will perform a free concert at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 1234 N Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. The group has built a reputation of delivering engaging concert and outreach programs of Baroque literature in the greater Chicago area. The ensemble has been featured on Aurora University's Third Thursday concert series, debuting the university's harpsichord, and Lewis University's Arts and Ideas series, as well as has presented numerous lecture-recitals for colleges and high schools. The members' successful solo careers add to the rich collaborative texture of the Antiqua Baroque Consort.
