Abbey just loves her Boys.

ABBEY CLANCY has shared an adorable photo of her new son with husband Peter Crouch - a week after she gave birth.

The model shared the cute snap of former Liverpool FC and England striker Peter with their first son, Johnny.

Captioning the shot, Abbey simply said "My Boys", adding a heart emoji.

Wearing a Stoke City top, striker Peter looked tired, but happy, as baby Johnny yawned in a white babygro.

Fans rushed to send their well wishes to the new parents.

But others commented on Peter's tired appearance - with the birth having come in the midst of a busy run of fixtures for Peter's current club, Stoke City.

A fan joked: "Daddy looks like baby has been keeping him up."

The couple's latest addition joins their two daughters Sophia Ruby, now six, and two-year-old Liberty Rose.

The birth of baby Johnny came four days after Britain's Next Top Model star Abbey uploaded a picture of her bump to the social media site with a sticker on the image reading "Ugh" - suggesting she was very close to having the baby.
