New Delhi [India], Nov 28 ( ANI ): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday registered a case against unknown persons in connection with alleged malpractices in the examinations of the National Institute of Open School (NIOS) after the agency received a complaint on July 23 this year from the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD).
