This graph shows the results of a survey about tasks related to the childcare split between men and women in Italy in 2019. According to data, women were mostly responsible for all works in taking care of their children. In tasks such as buying clothes and preparing food, 66 percent of women declared to be the main person in the household in charge. By contrast, 32 percent of men stated to mainly be the parent bringing the child to school, the most common task among male respondents.
