Valve is kicking off its Steam Summer Sale with an awesome discount on the Steam Deck. Right now, you can pick up either the 64 GB or 512 GB model of the original LCD Steam Deck for their lowest price yet. The 64 GB model is on sale for $296.65 (was $349), while the 512 GB version is just $381.65 (was $449). Valve is slowly phasing out its launch models of the Steam Deck equipped with LCD screens, so this deal will only be available while supplies last. Both models include a zip-up case for the Deck, but the 512 GB version is unique in that its screen is covered in anti-glare etched glass.

While these slightly older models don’t include the larger battery or OLED display featured in the Steam Deck OLED, the launch version of the Steam Deck remains a formidable alternative to other handheld options like the Nintendo Switch or ROG Ally.

Valve’s list of Steam Deck verified titles has expanded exponentially since launch, and even includes games like Elden Ring, which is particularly handy if you recently picked up a copy of Shadow of the Erdtree. Of course, if you’re looking for even more reasons to adopt a Steam Deck, you can always check out our review.
