How to use mobile payments on PlayStation Store 

In some countries/regions, you can use your mobile phone to make payments when using a PlayStation® console or PlayStation™Store online.

How to use mobile payments online

  1. Make a purchase from PlayStation Store
  2. Select your mobile number or Add a Mobile Account at checkout.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your mobile payment.

Messages are charged at your standard rate. Your mobile number can be saved as a payment method on your account.

  1. Make a purchase from PlayStation Store and select Pay by Mobile at checkout.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your mobile payment.
  1. Make a purchase from PlayStation Store and select Proceed to Checkout.
  2. Select Pay By Mobile and follow the on-screen instructions.

How to add funds to your wallet with a mobile payment

  1. Sign in to PlayStation Store.
  2. Select Payment Management > Add Funds.
  3. Select your mobile number or Add a Mobile Account.
  4. Choose the amount you would like to top up and carefully enter your phone number.
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Add Funds > Pay by Mobile.
  3. Your mobile service provider's payment screen appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete adding funds.
  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information.
  2. Select Wallet > Add Funds > Pay By Mobile.
  3. Choose the amount you would like to top up and select Continue.
    Please note, this screen opens via Internet browser.
  4. Carefully enter your mobile phone number and select Continue.

PlayStation Store mobile payment networks

To pay by mobile you must be with one of the following network providers:

  • THREE
  • EE
  • O2

Please note:

  • You can save one eligible mobile number to your account.
  • Your mobile SIM card and your account must be registered in the same country/region.
  • Your network provider may place spending limits on this type of payment. For more information, please contact your network provider.
