How to fix CE-117740-0

The game may have an error.

  1. Make sure that your PlayStation®5 console system software is updated to the latest version.
  1. Go to Settings > Storage.
  2. Delete the game from Games and Apps.
  1. Start your PS5® console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
