This is the Valkyrie TAV-37B from the first Avatar movie.
The reason this was made was because I am currently working on a project (to be released """soon""") that required a type of space-shuttle craft. I decided that the futuristic look of the TAV-37 from Avatar was the right fit, and something I could redesign to make it perfect for my build. I however discovered that the supply of good Valkyrie builds were limited, so I decided that using a number of pictures both from 3D designers, lego and a minecraft world from my friend* (see bellow, this turned out to be just bs), to sit down and recreate it. This is the result. I will be redesigning it for my future build, but until then I decided that I should upload this version for you all to enjoy.
Thank you.

ATTENTION
IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT I THE IMAGES SENT TO ME BY THE AFOREMENTIONED FRIEND, THAT WERE USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS CRAFT, WERE STOLEN FROM A DIFFERENT PMC-PAGE!
See this page: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/battle-of-hallelujah-mountains/
I want to make it clear that I had not seen the page before building the craft, and the pictures in that page that I used to build large portions of the craft (excluding the back and the later iterations of the wings) were sent to me by a friend. I had a discussion in January/last December with him about wanting to build a space port but not having any good ship-designs. He sent me the pictures from the page above, claiming that he had lost the world-file but that I was free to rebuild it. I have now (after midnight on the calender-date 2023-11-01) messaged this friend about the pictures and I will try to keep this page updated on it. I do however take responsibility for trusting the friend in question and not using a simple google-image-search before using the pictures and building the craft. I should of course have used google-image-search as I would have easily found the page linked above, which I have tested now. This was a failure both on my part, and on his. I want to make it clear that it was in no way my attention to plagiarise in such a manner
Information about the craft:
Please note that the size is not a 1:1 representation of the craft seen in the movies. Being a 1:1 recreation was never the intention of this build.
Length: | 153 m |
Height: | 28,5 m (wheels not extended) |
Wingspan: | 121 m |
Interior: | None, the interior is up for you to design. |
Paste-location | When pasted in, the player is located at the bottom of the craft right in front of the front most blocks. The craft will by default be pasted in to the north of the player, with the craft facing south. |

As much as i see, everything matched with my build and i see no credit here.
I built it for a friend who sent me those exact pictures claiming that the build was his and that he had lost the original world-file. I talked to him about wanting to make a space-port build and he sent me those exact pictures claiming that they were his and that I should rebuild the ship. I swear that I had never before seen your page that you linked, and it came out before he sent the pictures.
This is very disturbing, and I have since had a falling out with him for unrelated reasons so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he would send the pictures and claim the world-build as his own. I will have a talk with him and add credit to your page.
