Scenario-Based Rule Engine Providing Traffic Incident Detection

Ipsotek’s VISuite AI has been deployed in multiple countries to address traffic and incident management requirements using their patented Scenario Based Rule Engine (SBRE) and Artificial Intelligence Video Analytics (AIVA).  In addition to the standard 32 SBRE rules and AI capabilities for each camera channel, automatic pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) camera control comes as standard.  License plate recognition is also available with VISuite LPR.

The SBRE can differentiate between complex scenarios, such as a vehicle stopping opposite a sensitive building, a driver leaving a vehicle and walking away, or a taxi stopping at the same location to let a passenger out. The solutions can also be leveraged for airport, stadium, and event security use cases where security operations require extra capabilities to alert for potential incidents.
