This Mod changes the rate of how fast you acquire Skill Modifier Points and their Quantity, allowing you to gain 26 Skill Points in Total. This should be enough to be able to take all Modifiers for a Skill.

Disclaimer:
Since the other Versions of this Mod are outdated and the Creators seem to no longer play the game, I created an
updated Version for myself. The Files are from the latest Version: v.1.1.7.0 "Chapter IV Endgame" Update.
Make a Backup Copy of your Save files before use. Just in case. This Mod works retroactively with existing Characters/Saves. As with most Mods, this should be used with Offline Characters only.
Description:

The Default Game would grant you 16 Skillpoints only.
This Mod changes that to:
Skill Level 5 => 2 Skillpoints
Skill Level 10 => 2 Skillpoints
Skill Level 15 => 2 Skillpoints
Skill Level 20 => 2 Skillpoints
Skill Level 25 => 2 Skillpoints
Skill Level 30 => 2 Skillpoints
Skill Level 35 => 3 Skillpoints
Skill Level 40 => 3 Skillpoints
Skill Level 45 => 3 Skillpoints
Skill Level 50 => 5 Skillpoints
This will grant you a Total of 26 Skillpoints and is a big Incentive to Level the Skill all the Way to 50. I did the Skillpoint gain this particular way, so that it still feels somewhat restricted in the early to mid game, but lets you go wild and take all Modifiers after levelling the Skill for some time.
Installation:
1. Open the .rar file
2. Drop the "Game" folder into your "Wolcen" Game Directory, e.g.
