Unlocks the use of ALL manager slots the moment the town hall is built even if the research is not done.
Configuration options:
Accessed using F1 in-game or by config file in the Bepinex/config/ folder after launching game once.
Auto upgrade buildings: off by default
When enabled any building that CAN upgrade will automatically be triggered for upgrading.
Need ministers assigned: on by default
When disabled you will no longer need ministers assigned as the Governor will take care of it all by themselves.
Installation Instructions:
Manual:
1. Install Bepinex
2. Extract plugins folder into the Bepinex Folder
Vortex Managed:
1. Install Vortex
2. Install The Universim Support for Vortex
3. Install using the Mod Manager Download button instead of the Manual
