Rebuilt and improved version of Rift Derandomizer, built from scratch. Removes all random damage and enables all mod categories without using an "enabled" mod first.

I really liked the idea of Rift Derandomizer but it did not work correctly as it stripped away all of the random weapon and mod upgrade bonuses like piercing, homing, etc. This mod fixes that and is compatible with the latest EXE, DLC2.

This mod removes all weapon stat randomization and sets all bonus categories to their maximum randomized value. This means that you will no longer need to use an "Enabled" mod to enable piercing, homing, splash, autoaim, range, etc. I did not buff any stats, I only set them to their max randomized value. So, if "min" was 5 and "max" was 10, both stats are now 10. It also changes the "weapon_mods" from a percentage (+30% piercing) to a static value (+30 piercing).

Install as you would any other mod, by dropping the .zip into Riftbreaker>Mods. If you do not have a "mods" folder, simply create one.

Replaces:
- Scripts > Blueprint_Tables > "Entity_Mods.dat", "Weapon_Mods.dat", "Weapon Stats.dat"

Stats are determined at the time of crafting so the mod WILL NOT work on existing weapons or mods. You MUST find new mods and craft new weapons for the new stats to appear. Also, the bonus stats (piercing, homing etc) ONLY WORK on blue, purple & red weapons. Damage, rate of fire, etc work on ALL weapons, regardless of tier.
