Enemies have increased hp, resistances, and percentage-based health regeneration.
There are 3 difficulty configurations; Tempered, Fortified, and Corrupted:

Tempered
HP:             120%
Resist:        20%
Regen:        1.0%

Fortified
HP:             140%
Resist:        30%
Regen:        2.0%

Corrupted
HP:             150%
Resist:        40%
Regen:        3.0%


Resistances are increased such that monsters take X% less damage from that damage type. Vulnerabilities are unaffected. E.g. if a Monster had damage taken multipliers:

physical        0.5
fire                1.5
acid              1.0

If the enemy is "Tempered", with 20% resistance, it will have the following damage taken multipliers:

physical       0.4
fire                1.5
acid              0.8


Suggested Difficulty Order (my rough guess):
Hard
Hard Tempered
Brutal
Hard Fortified
Brutal Tempered
Hard Corrupted
Brutal Fortified
Brutal Corrupted



Version 0.3 is in development and will contain balance changes, a fortified graphic, and more.
