Revival of old Ironclads, with some expansions. Does not match vanilla design styles. Abandoned. 
Now fixed for 0.96a-RC10
NEXERLIN COMPATIBLE - REQUIRED, as well as Magic Lib.


NOTE - Mod is split into parts for ease of maintainance, and so people with slower connection don't have to download everything again every time. 99% of the time, only the core files will be updated, sometime graphics. Music is unlikely to be touched, the selection is big enough as it is.

INSTALLATION
****************************
Extract the core files first - then get the graphics, fx(weapon sounds) and music files and place them inside
Graphics goes in the graphics folder inside Steelclad mod folder
fx and music go into the sound folder, inside their respective sub-folders.

IF you are getting crashes because of missing files, you most likely have a double folder somewhere ( for example: "Starsector/mods/Steelclads/sounds/sounds/music"   instead of "Starsector/mods/Steelclads/sounds/music")

- added Novogrod B class. Basically a Novogrod with a burn drive, weaker armor and slightly better engines.

- re-balanced some weapons and ship. Nerf on flux efficiency for many weapons. Some tweaks on range.
- added S-mod effects for some hullmods
- gunbooster shipsystem changed. Removed shield removal on activation, AI is stupid with it. Greatly increased cooldown.

- fixed Kores and Procyon systems apprearing in wrong place
- fixed Palatine portrait missing
- reverted Manta and Tortoise to being civilian again (AI makes strange fleet compositions)
- Steelclads core files should new create a full folder structure.

- reflex cannon animation and sound improved (still no perfect)
- added sounds FX download so the entire sounds file wouldn't have to be downloaded every time.
- Manta and Tortoise buffed and made non-civilian

- ship balance changes (buff in Hull for big ships)
- weapon balance changes (mostly nerfs)
- got the reflex cannon and AIAS shipsystem to work
- a few new weapons
- market fixes for RSF and XLE



KNOWN ISSUES:
- Reflex cannon rife sound loops wrongly.
- AI doesn't know how to use Reflex cannon
