Lizardman exists in the game files, and you can encounter him as an NPC. However, there is no direct way of playing him. You'll need the VODKALIBUR tool to get this mod working.
The mod is a "CAS Card". Once you open the Vodkalibur tool, you go into where your CAS slots are and import the PNG file there. Save your game and enjoy the lizard boi!
