Item costs will be static unless set by the player. Adds a new command to do this:
setcost
Usage is:
setcost <id> <value>
If you set an item's cost to a large amount, there's a chance that either the command will not execute or your money overflowing. If your money overflows, you can easily revert it by selling more items of the same type until it underflows.
The market cannot display more than 3 digits, however everything else will work fine. I don't have a fix for this yet, but I will update the mod as soon as I do.
