You will find them at "haelga's bunkhouse" in Riften, patiently waiting for you...
As with my other followers, they have a teleportation spell book that you will find in their inventory and are equipped with custom clothing that I assembled with other mods for her.
You will also find a naked version of their clothes in their backpack.
As usual, they have several makeup options in their files (see this "article") and I also provide their Bodyslide and Racemenu presets in the "Miscellaneous" section.
I also added an Esp/Esl in the "Option" section for those who use "Heels Sound" for high heels.
