How to install
1. Unzip the file
2. place the 3 files into your "Mods" folder located in
Steam\steamapps\common\RooftopsandAlleys\RooftopsandAlleys\Content\Paks\Mods
How to change the inner hoodie color
1. select any other top that is not sports-jacket-01
2. change the color with the color wheel
3. switch back to the hoodie
NOTE
Unfortunately, you cannot save this color when switching maps or leaving the game
You will have to do this every time you want to change the color
