About this mod
For the people interested in my PEDDamageOverhaul config I have shared the file as a download. In this version, NPC's have more health which allows for brawls to last way longer. I also recommend downloading Enhance Brawling to enhance the fighting experience better.

;MeleeDyingStateKnockout makes NPCs ragdoll into the DyingStates when in melee combat and their health crosses the DyingMovementThreshold (DyingStatesForMelee has to be enabled for this feature to work) - can be set to either 0 or 1

;DyingMovementThreshold is the health threshold under which NPCs wont be able to get back up again when knocked down (still moving on the ground) - if DyingMovment is disabled (in the advanced section),
;the behavior under this threshold is the same as for the DyingThreshold

- This is a good number, too high and the fights end too quickly; essentially, once 20% health is lost the NPC will go down
;AlwaysBleedoutLonger makes the toggle-able option via LongerBleedoutKey set to be always on - will override whatever is toggled

- Once NPC's go down they will stay down.....writhing in pain (they will make groaning sounds).
;FireSurvivalChance is the percentage chance of an NPC surviving a fire if burning (values: integers between 0 and 100)
FireSurvivalChance = 80
- You can burn NPC's alive will Molotov because the chances of survival, despite being burned, is much higher via 80% survival rate. This goes hand-in-hand with the first option via MeleeDyingStateKnockout along with the other options.
;SpecialWeaponModifier - since NPCs have more health, some weapons should do more damage - this is the modifier for weapon
damage (200 = 200% = twice the normal damage) (shotguns, sniper rifles, dynamite arrows, improved arrows and tomahawks will be affected by this)

- Yes, your punches do less damage but the fights will last much longer....
