Better Companion Starting Stats

Like the previous Pillars game, I didn't like the default companion attributes/stats in Deadfire... but this time (without the benefit of IEMod...) I decided to make a mod to tweak them!

Note that I only shifted points around, I did not add more points overall, to the best of my knowledge.

Essentially, they lean a bit more towards the "minmax" philosophy of RPG attributes. So for casters, sacrificing a bit of endurance and resilience for might/dex/perception/intellect (because, if your ranged casters are getting hit, you're playing the game wrong!! haha); for obvious tanks like Eder and Pallegina, leaving constitution decent but sacrificing a bit of int (more for Eder; Pallegina's is 14 because of her auras) so you can buff might, perception, dex a bit more.

Because everyone's a bit more vulnerable, you may have to invest a bit more in defensive buffs, but hey... you wouldn't be here if you weren't a tactician, right? ;) The plus is that everyone hits a little harder and faster and crits a bit more. More challenge AND more OP, what's not to like? :)

I've been trying a new playthrough with these and I like the changes I made (and no bugs thus far!!), but they probably also suit my playstyle (I love me some glass cannons). Feel free to alter the values to suit your tastes, just search the file for your companion name and scroll down until you see attributes like "BaseMight", "BaseConstitution" etc.
