About this mod
A collection of portraits for Deadfire made from varying images found on the internet, replacing the 'watercolor' style with digital painting.

I collected these new portraits on the internet (mainly on Pinterest and ArtStation). They have a digital paint style more common on cRPG. I’d tried my best to be as close as possible to the original portraits (Is hard to find characters Afro-descendant for fantasy RPG!).
The most notable exception was the portraits of aumauas, which is a specific race of the Pillars of Eternity, so I preferred not to exchange them for illustrations that escaped the tradition of Eora.
I also replaced the icons of the animal companions with digital paintings.
Installation:
The folder with the pictures is inside the game's “gui” folder, in the main directory (...\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\gui\). It's a folder called “portraits”. Just copy & paste the new “portraits” folder over the old, replacing the old images with new ones.
*If you use Steam, the quickest way to access the main game directory is by clicking on Manage> Browse local files. IOS (Mac) users have an additional step. You need to right-click on PillarsOfEternityII.app and go to “Show Package Contents”.
Uninstall:
If you use Steam, just go to the Manage> Properties icon, and in the "Local Files" tab, click the "Verify integrity of game files..." button.
