I've uninstalled the game, but i want to share my AI Script behavior.
This AI behavior script is for all classes. You can put only one AI behavior (this script) to anyone (PC/Companion/Sidekick), or you can combine with other AI behavior
Extract and copy to:
C:\Users\ <Your PC Name> \Saved Games\Pillars of Eternity II\CustomAIBehaviors\
Pro & Cont:
- Healing: Still seems a bit buggy. Even though I set Healing actions to take priority, AI will never cancel a current action to perform a higher ranking one, even if they are at 5% health, which forces you to pay a bit more attention to anyone not wearing heavier armor/takes longer to cast. I guess you should be paying attention to health bars either way. I still find myself manually healing a lot, which is fine but I wish AI would cancel their actions to perform higher ranking ones.
- Damage AOE: works 90% of the time. AI will cast AOE abilities and make sure allies are not near intended target. Times this has not worked:
2) when AOE is really big so allies may not be in the target's melee range, but they are still in AOE. And
3) When AI's casting a spell, allies closing in to the target. (Delayed Fire Ball.... Geezz...!) ( Not if you have this... ^_^ )
- Buff/Debuff AOE: Buffing/Debuffing AOE abilities work very well. My priest will cast buffs/debuffs only when multiple allies/enemies are clumped. My priest will pick a target (ally or enemy) and check whether it has any nearby allies or enemies before buffing/debuffing the area. Priest also has break engage on many of these heals/buffs/debuffs to make these actions valid.
- Fighter/Monk/Barbarian: Of health more than 50%, if no ranged equipped will rush/charge through enemies right at the start of combat.
- Script: Almost all spells/skills for all classes
- Per rest spells/skills: not included
- WARNING: This AI Behavior is VERY AGGRESSIVE!!
- Just for Fun: Please don't ask me anything, cause i make this just for fun and i already uninstalled the game. If you like it, I'm glad. If not..... I'm glad too.... LoL
Bug:
- Chanter's phrases Modal show "Missing String" in Behavior editor. I don't know how to workaround that.
Not a Bug:
Because a very limited script function/condition in the game, AI will just stand still if can't see enemies. Just manually move so he/she can see the enemies.
